Guide

You may be seeking guidance if you are:
• navigating illness, grief, or the death of someone close
• experiencing a major life transition or identity shift
• living with unanswered questions after medical or spiritual experiences
• integrating intuitive or spiritual awareness while staying grounded
• seeking clarity around relationships or long-term life patterns
This work is reflective, orienting, and intentionally contained.
How I Work
My work is grounded in nursing, hospice care, and years of experience supporting individuals and families through moments of profound change.
I may draw from:
• astrology for timing, cycles, and meaning-making
• reflective and intuitive insight for orientation and discernment
• somatic and nervous-system awareness
• end-of-life and family support experience
These perspectives are used to support clarity and integration — not diagnosis, treatment, or prediction.
My work is grounded, structured and intentional.
I offer clarity through contained sessions rather than on-going, open ended support.
I believe insight is most powerful when it is delivered cleanly and integrated fully.
Because of this, I work in defined containers with limited availability.
Guidance for periods of illness, loss, change, and spiritual reorientation.

Threshold Guidance container
Some life moments require more than a single session.
They ask for continuity, discernment, and steady guidance through transition.
The Threshold Guidance container is for those moving through significant life passages — illness, grief, spiritual awakening, relationship change, or soul-level decision points — who want consistent, grounded support rather than one-off insight.
This container allows us to work with depth, timing, and integration while honoring nervous-system safety for both of us.
Who This Is For
This container is well-suited for:
-
Individuals navigating illness, grief, or major life transitions
-
Those experiencing spiritual awakening or deep inner change
-
Caregivers or family members seeking grounded perspective
-
Clients who value clarity, pacing, and integration over urgency
This is not crisis care or therapy, but a supportive, ethical container for conscious transition.

About
I’m Stephanie Whitfield — a guide for people navigating complex life transitions.
My background in perioperative nursing and hospice care informs a grounded, ethical approach to moments of illness, loss, spiritual reorientation, and change. I work relationally and with intention, offering clarity and steadiness during periods when life no longer fits familiar explanations.
My role is not to diagnose, treat, or direct, but to help people orient — to understand what they are experiencing, why it may be unfolding now, and how to meet it with discernment and care.
This work is quiet, contained, and deeply human. I serve individuals and families who value presence over performance and depth over urgency.
